Minister of Industry and Trade Tran Tuan Anh has signed to issue the Circular 11/2020/TT-BCT about rules of origin in the European Union – Viet Nam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA).
Under the new Circular No 11/2015/TT-BKHCN, apart from the main
sanctions, additional penalties and remedial measures shall be imposed
on enterprises, depending on the nature and severity of their
violations.
